About the Role
In general, the Head of Operations performs the following missions :
Managing operations in PolandThe main warrantor of the quality of service rendered to customers in Poland, especially regarding service continuityResponsible for the technical and security management of the Data Center areaMonitoring the operating budget of non‑construction sites : responsible for the financial management of operating costs (COGS and Capex of Maintenance) in accordance with budgets and internal rulesMonitoring and execution of the company’s H&S and environment policy and its proper application with stakeholders (suppliers, subcontractors, visitors, customers)Coordinating the various internal and outsourced activities and services of the sitesEnsure regulatory controls are in place and monitored in accordance with applicable regulations including ICPEManagement of on‑call schedulesIn coordination with Senior Management, arbitration and reallocation of resources according to the company’s objectives and strategyResponsibilities
Customer Relationship
Assists sales team in the negotiation phase when necessaryEnsures that customer requests are taken into account during delivery and operational phases (work, services, audits)Participates in quarterly steering meetings (strategic committees)Helps clients with their certification processes and audits in relation with the CSM teamServes as the preferred contact for Strategic Customer Operations Managers (Local Data Center Operations Director)Technical Mission
Monitors and manages maintenance and improvement work (refurbishment works)Ensures the improvement and proper implementation of operations processes (Change, Incident, Asset, Maintenance) in relation to the Facility Management Company and the Group GPOsParticipates in maintenance contract negotiationsDefines and ensures execution of the Operations Road MapResponsible for technical incident management with assistance from technical expertsPeriodically organizes and follows drills on crisis situations to verify adequacy of procedures and control level of facilities by teamsEnsures good implementation of the local Operations BCP and updates it yearlyMonitors evolution of ICPE / regulation rules and sets up controls on themResponsible for the risk management processes of the campusResponsible for the deployment of the physical security policyDefines and ensures execution of the physical security Road MapAssists to Monthly Security Steering Committee to ensure the …Ensures the duty‑keeping of the Marcoussis site and, in this context, acquires sufficient control of all facilities to :Pilot curative interventions effectively

Participates in the budget exercise in relation with the Country Manager for COGS, Energy Restant à charge, Operational CAPEXEnsures compliance of costs versus the budgetAssists the finance team in monthly budget follow‑upPart of the financial validation process according to the matrix of signaturesSupports finance team for any questions related to costsResponsibilities in the Integrated Management System (SMI)
Ensures good and regular supervision of the R4 "Maintenance in Operational Conditions".Ensures availability of internal and external teams at various meetings and audits necessary to maintain company certifications.Responsibilities in ISO 45001 on Data Center Operations
Manages H&S issues daily and from an operational point of viewParticipates in analysis of H&S risksImplements the IMS action program for year NFollows, signs and controls implementation and signatures of necessary prevention plansReports on any difficultiesMonitors malfunctions and follows up on action plans, measuring effectivenessProposes improvementsResponsibilities in terms of IMS Certifications

Education and Experience
Significant experience in data center industry or critical environmentTechnical knowledge to pilot the various involved fieldsFluent in EnglishTechnical Skills
