Opis pracyManaging operations in Poland The main warrantor of the quality of service rendered to customers in Poland, especially regarding service continuity Responsible for the technical and security management of the Data Center area Monitoring the operating budget of non‑construction sites : responsible for the financial management of operating costs (COGS and Capex of Maintenance) in accordance with budgets and internal rules Monitoring and execution of the company’s H&S and environment policy and its proper application with stakeholders (suppliers, subcontractors, visitors, customers) Coordinating the various internal and outsourced activities and services of the sites Ensure regulatory controls are in place and monitored in accordance with applicable regulations including ICPE Management of on‑call schedules In coordination with Senior Management, arbitration and reallocation of resources according to the company’s objectives and strategy Assists sales team in the negotiation phase when necessary Ensures that customer requests are taken into account during delivery and operational phases (work, services, audits) Participates in quarterly steering meetings (strategic committees) Helps clients with their certification processes and audits in relation with the CSM team Serves as the preferred contact for Strategic Customer Operations Managers (Local Data Center Operations Director) Monitors and manages maintenance and improvement work (refurbishment works) Ensures the improvement and proper implementation of operations processes (Change, Incident, Asset, Maintenance) in relation to the Facility Management Company and the Group GPOs Participates in maintenance contract negotiations Defines and ensures execution of the Operations Road Map Responsible for technical incident management with assistance from technical experts Periodically organizes and follows drills on crisis situations to verify adequacy of procedures and control level of facilities by teams Ensures good implementation of the local Operations BCP and updates it yearly Monitors evolution of ICPE / regulation rules and sets up controls on them Responsible for the risk management processes of the campus Responsible for the deployment of the physical security policy Defines and ensures execution of the physical security Road Map Assists to Monthly Security Steering Committee to ensure the … Ensures the duty‑keeping of the Marcoussis site and, in this context, acquires sufficient control of all facilities to : Communicate with affected customers Ensure necessary internal reporting Ensure the quality of services delivered by the Services Team Ensure good local implementation of the Energy Efficient Plan defined by the Energy Manager Provide the design team with feedback from day‑to‑day operations to improve design Validate the hand‑over of any new Data Centers Participates in the budget exercise in relation with the Country Manager for COGS, Energy Restant à charge, Operational CAPEX Ensures compliance of costs versus the budget Assists the finance team in monthly budget follow‑up Part of the financial validation process according to the matrix of signatures Supports finance team for any questions related to costs Ensures good and regular supervision of the R4 "Maintenance in Operational Conditions". Ensures availability of internal and external teams at various meetings and audits necessary to maintain company certifications. Manages H&S issues daily and from an operational point of view Participates in analysis of H&S risks Implements the IMS action program for year N Follows, signs and controls implementation and signatures of necessary prevention plans Reports on any difficulties Monitors malfunctions and follows up on action plans, measuring effectiveness Proposes improvements Respect and enforce certification policies : H&S, Environment, Information Security, Energy reduction Significant experience in data center industry or critical environment Technical knowledge to pilot the various involved fields Fluent in English Knowledge of electricity, air conditioning, computer networks, security Ability to manage long‑term relationships with suppliers / providers Ability to coordinate and manage root‑cause search in event of an incident Ability to listen to customer needs and constraints Strong people‑management skills Good strategic decision‑making skills Good understanding of safety and fire safety standards and procedures Knowledge of key providers in the security / security market Good knowledge of ISO standards, especially ISO 27001 Good mastery of writing documents (instructions, processes, etc.) Entrepreneurial spirit Leadership Team spirit Versatility and open‑mindedness Pragmatism Flexibility, adaptability Relationship qualities, listening Analysis and synthesis Rigor and method
