Opis pracyFATF ISO / IEC KYC GDPR Proactively contributing ideas and initiatives to drive business development and growth, leveraging AI capabilities and technological innovations Designing, implementing, and maintaining chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI agents serving high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients Integrating AI solutions with CRM systems, marketing platforms, websites, databases, and other business tools Developing prototypes (Proof of Concept) and scalable production-ready AI solutions Analyzing user data and behavioral signals to power recommendation and personalization systems Optimizing AI infrastructure – managing models, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering Designing, building, and deploying AI tools to support business processes Supervising quality, security, and compliance of AI systems with legal and regulatory standards (data protection, KYC, compliance – crucial in the company’s business context) Translating technical concepts into business language and actionable strategies Defining and executing a long-term AI development strategy for the company Tell us what you have built and what your role was Ability to communicate in English at a conversational level Ability to turn technology into business benefits EU citizenship (Polish tax residency) Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to artificial intelligence, data protection, and industry standards Good communication skills Real impact on shaping the company’s AI strategy on a global scale Flexible work model (hybrid or remote) Attractive employment terms (employment contract), commensurate with experience and contribution Collaboration with an international team, exciting challenges, fast decision-making process, and a dynamic work environment flexible working time no dress code coffee / tea
