Opis pracyWork closely with the Product Owners to define and prioritize product requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to define their business goals and requirements. Developing business requirements and creating functional and technical specifications for further implementation. Analyze and create integration requirements for APIs and payment systems for the product. Analyze internal company processes for increased efficiency and develop new processes. Creating BPMN diagrams to visualize both business processes and technical integrations. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in payment systems. Understanding or close work experience with compliance regulatory and legal specialists.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the fintech or finance sector.
- Practical understanding of financial processes, payment systems, and the cryptocurrency market.
- Ability to analyze, document, and manage business requirements.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban), particularly using JIRA / Confluence.
- Experience in developing processes for organizing internal team operations and analyzing the company's existing processes.
- Ability to create BPMN diagrams and visualizations for business and technical processes.
- Proficiency in English (B2+).
