Project Coordinator - Digital Marketing & Multichannel Content (HCP Focus)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support digital marketing and multichannel content initiatives aimed at Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in Poland. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, developers, content experts, analytics specialists, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely, and high‑quality delivery of projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams, and has an interest in digital healthcare communications.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Multichannel Coordination

• Support the coordination of digital marketing projects across channels such as : HCP websites and portalsEmail, SMS / MMS, Push notifications, AppsDigital media assets (display banners, programmatic formats)Professional social platforms and SoMe
• Track timelines, review cycles, and delivery milestones for multichannel campaigns.
• Ensure content is consistent, optimized, and reusable across markets.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 74 600,00 zł - 138 400,00 zł. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
