For our Client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join the team on a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of roles and seniority levels, and will thrive in a dynamic, international environment.

Requirements

at least 4 years of experience in recruitment, either in-house or with an agency,
a proven ability to run recruitment processes independently,
experience in international recruitment will be considered a strong advantage,
fluency in English at a C1 level, both spoken and written, is required,
you should be comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes at once and working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment,
familiarity with ATS tools and modern sourcing techniques, along with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

managing recruitment processes from start to finish — including role intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation,

you will closely partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment support,

sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking will be key,

you’ll be responsible for assessing candidates not only on skills and experience but also on cultural fit,

ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process is essential,

you will also collaborate with international HR and business teams to support broader hiring initiatives.
