Join our Polish team as CRM Sales Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales) ! This is a strategic role – you’ll be a key player in shaping our long-term growth in Poland and across Europe.
Twoje kompetencje :
- Proven experience (3+ years) in CRM systems sales – ideally in D365 Sales.
- High personal drive to achieve results and deliver high-quality service to clients.
- Proven track record, previous successes with well-established partners and customers.
- Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure across multiple deals.
- Proficiency in English to facilitate smooth communication within an international group.
Zadania :
Client acquisition (50%+ of time) : Identify and win new clients in Poland and across Europe. Work with Microsoft Business Applications portfolio, mostly Dynamics 365 Sales.Client Relationship Management (25%+ of time) : Maintain and develop existing client portfolio.Collaboration with marketing : Work closely with marketing teams to generate client interest and qualify potential opportunities.Collaboration with the Implementation Team : Partner with the Implementation Team to prepare winning proposals.Understand client needs : Engage with potential clients to understand their business processes and challenges.Engage in value-based selling : Showcase how Dynamics 365 Sales can address client needs through product demonstrations, presentations, business cases, etc.Close deals and exceed ambitious sales targets.My zapewniamy :
