Sales Development Manager CIS & Baltics (Water Treatment - Russian Speaking)

Overview

We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to grow Hach ’s presence in the CIS & Baltics region, manage commercial activities, and support Channel Partners. This fully remote role requires up to 60% regional travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and sales training and support to Channel Partners.
• Participate in site visits, trade shows, demos, and seminars.
• Deliver on financial targets and KPIs through forecasting and funnel reviews.
• Introduce and maintain high discipline in pipeline and opportunity management.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.com.
• Develop new business opportunities with key accounts, EPCs, and indirect channels.
• Engage authorities, engineering firms, and influencers to strengthen market presence.
• Track competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain advantages.
• Create an energized and positive environment for the sales team (Channel Partners).
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and other functions to drive performance and develop skills.
