Purpose of the role :
- To be a key point of contact between internal and external customers for all quality and food safety related queries.
- To assist with improvements to business processes which have an impact on TQ.
- To actively participate in business processes such as MOC, QMM, PLM Workflow approvals, IPX, IAP and others as required by the function.
- To collate and report monthly metrics.
- To continually develop yourself and the TQ team to ensure we have a team that is Fit for the Future.
- To deliver and communicate timely customer complaint responses.
- Active participation with the TQ team globally to facilitate alignment and improvement of ways of working.
Key Deliverables :
To achieve SLA’s (Service level agreement) for customers.Make sure that the documentation relevant to our plants and products is up to date.To actively participate in regular review meetings with key stakeholders to identify and implement improvements.To support customer portals according to business needs.To achieve specific individual, team, and regional objectives.To promote and support a cross functional integrated approach to achieve and deliver on SLA’s.Qualifications, Skills and Experience :
Qualified to BSc level in Food Science or alternative relevant education and / or experience.Strong English skills are critical.Experience of quality management within the food industry.Knowledge of Food safety standards, GMP and HACCP.Ability to provide concise and accurate reports in a timely manner which are easily understood by end users.Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, Salesforce is desired.Diplomacy and strong interpersonal skills.Flexibility, team skills, result oriented, self-motivated / driven, independent learner, and the ability to work with customers are prerequisites for the function.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentIT / Computer literate Project management experience an advantageWhat we can offer you
