Supplier Quality Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Collaborate with the Quality departments to strengthen supplier quality performance.
• Define and implement audit plans for new suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct development programs with strategic suppliers to enhance their global quality levels.
• Manage and resolve major blocking issues from manufacturing plants to uphold production efficiency.
• Resolve supplier technical issues promptly to ensure continuity of supply.
• Monitor, improve, and communicate critical metrics to align with target agreements.
• Actively participate in the implementation of new suppliers and new components, including audits, technical feasibility reviews, and PPAP processes.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering teams to establish and achieve short- and long-term supplier quality goals and foster long-term supplier relationships while generating cost reduction ideas.
