The application is dedicated to companies from various industries (SaaS).

The role :

As the  Head of DevSecOps , you are a results-driven leader entrusted with the mission of building and nurturing a world-class team and infrastructure. Your expertise lies in creating customer-focused solutions that drive significant impact not only within Engineering but across the entire organization.

You have a proven track record of crafting a compelling vision and translating it into an actionable roadmap, ensuring its successful execution. You are committed to continuous improvement and fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring your team consistently achieves excellence and delivers real value.

Responsibilities :

• Manage our Security and DevOps teams creating a high-performance and customer-focused culture
• Strengthen our security posture and maintain our standards of excellence and world-class certifications
• Drive High Reliability and Availability meeting and exceeding our 99.9% uptime KPI
• Enhance our Developer Experience and drive Operational Efficiency across the entire organization
• Budget Excellence, managing capacity forecasting allowing us to identify key strategic areas to invest
