Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Creative Production Manager to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our Creative department. A significant part of this role involves hands-on creation of creative assets for emails, website content, paid and organic social media, and other marketing initiatives. Additionally, this role requires overseeing the production workflow, managing a team of graphic designers and creators, and acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including marketing partners, to ensure all assets align with brand standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Creative Asset Development : Actively create compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.
• Project Management : Oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.
• Feedback & Revisions : Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Collaboration & Communication : Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams (marketing, design, content) and external marketing partners, agencies, and consultants to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and business goals across various marketing platforms.
• Process Optimization : Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency within the creative team and streamline collaboration with external partners.
