Opis pracyParticipate as a member of the Cloud Governance Board to help define and steer the organization's AWS cloud strategy and standards. Lead design, implementation, and improvement of multi-account AWS environments using Terraform. Drive cost optimization and FinOps processes; monitor, report, and help manage AWS spending. Stay current with AWS and industry trends; recommend adoption of new technologies and practices where appropriate. Guide, mentor, and support team members' technical development and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with global teams and work closely with both local and remote stakeholders. Participate in hands-on engineering (Terraform, Python, Bash, CI / CD with Github). Proven experience leading AWS cloud engineering / DevOps teams. Expertise in Terraform for AWS IaaC, plus Python and Bash scripting. Strong background with AWS services, networking, and multi-account architectures. Experience participating in strategy / governance boards or committees is a plus. Practical experience with cost management / FinOps in cloud environments. Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. AWS certification is a plus Optional : knowledge of cloud security best practices.
