Opis pracyUniversity degree preferred in : Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, International Business or Procurement. 1 + years of professional experience in the area of commercial vendor master data is a must. Good knowledge and understanding of core commercial functional competencies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to organize workload. Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers. Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative. Fluency in English required. Contract of employment. Vendor Master Data Specialist (f / m / x)
in Mars Global Services
Department Commercial
Location : Poznań / Warsaw
This job is responsible for delivering commercial services for one or more segments across multiple geographies. As such, this person will be the MGS Commercial Services main point of contact for the Buying community in their assigned region and area of expertise providing process coordination and support.
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Act as a central point of contact in MGS Commercial Solutions for queries related to Procure to Pay process.
- Work to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the existing systems, processes & documentation (within the team as well as across Teams).
- Provide support to Sourcing Managers, Commercial Operations as well as other stakeholders who are a part of the processes supported by MGS Commercial Services
- Work efficiently with a wide range of internal and external clients.
- Support Senior Specialists, Team Coordinators & Line Managers in operational scope and projects – when requested.
- Manage vendor master data for the Royal Canin segment to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.
