Employer requirements :

Fluency in German (reading and writing),

A university degree in mathematics, IT systems, programming, science, or a related field,

At least 1 year of experience in data management (must-have),

Familiarity with BCBS 239 and corresponding ECB guidelines (must-have), with practical experience in their implementation,

A solid understanding of banking IT infrastructures, including architecture, data flows, and system interdependencies,

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel,

A proactive, structured, and self-organized work approach focused on delivering high-quality results,

Open, honest, and proactive communication skills,

Motivation to learn, grow, and collaborate with the German team and clients.

Nice to have :

Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and modern concepts such as data mesh or data fabric,

Basic programming skills or understanding of SQL, C, Python, SAS, or R.
