Opis pracyWe are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join a dynamic Agile organization operating in a SAFe environment. You will act as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), supporting multiple Agile teams and stakeholders in delivering value efficiently and predictably. The ideal candidate has a solid background in Agile and SAFe, strong facilitation and communication skills, and a passion for enabling continuous improvement across teams.
