Opis pracy

We are looking for a Product Sales Manager, Field Services (m / f / x) to become a member of our CEN Board, Paper and Tissue Solutions (BTS) team. You will be responsible for increasing customer satisfaction in the board, paper and tissue industry through promotion and targeted sales of the Valmet Field Service Portfolio (FSE) in the Central and Northern Europe (CEN) market area, mainly eastern Europe.

Increasing the sales volume, profitability and market share of the solutions and products within BTS FSE area of responsibility. You will be supporting the sales of improvement projects (IPP) by awakening and recognizing customers needs to optimize processes and systems.

Responsibilities : Towards customer  :

Emerging and understanding of customer´s needs for serving their machinery and improving their processes in board, paper- and tissue industry by field- and expert Services

Propose best economical and technical solution for customers needs

Proactive and fast response to customer in sync with customers purchasing process (feasibility)

Valmet internal  :

Sales and budget responsibility (volume and profitability) within Field Service offering

Defining service sales scope according to customers needs

Organizing and leading Field Service sales cases with required technology know-how and connect other stakeholders for best sales results incl. digitalization

Keep mill teams and other stakeholders informed ensuring success of sales for Field Service offering

Ensuring positive market share development for designated offerings

Ensuring customer feedback on offerings are taken into offering development process

Active work in Valmet internal CRM system to track leads, quotations and installed base information

Competitor follow-up

Required competences :

Applicable education : M.Sc. (Eng.), B.Sc. (Eng.), B.B.A. or equivalent in process or engineering

Know Valmet offering well and understand customers processes and business

Analyze of sales and creation of sales strategy

Commitment and flexibility

KPI understanding

Practical way of working

Good communication skills
