About this opportunity

As iTero Logistics Warehouse Coordinator you will be responsible of Scanners shipments from Poland Hub to all EMEA, warehousing, Inventory levels, RMA processes, replenish inventory, spare parts planning and delivery to customers and personnel. This role reports to Manager, Fullfilment iTero. Location: Błonie Pass near Warsaw. In this role, you will… Scanners & service shipments follow-up from Israel to Poland (STOs) and from Poland to end customers. iTero hub related coordination with UPS, RMA, SP, Rental units, scanners (Shipments and collections) and fulfillment items (STO’s to Invisalign hub) Allocate space at Poland UPS hub, and increase the capacity as needed in full cooperation with UPS and Israel Return material process management, identify, sort and ship return material to repair centers. Providing tracking numbers for all shipments and follow-up with UPS on return orders Cooperate with Global Fulfillment & Service Planning and make sure the inventory levels are accurate and reflect the reality. Responsible to maintain SAP updated on time (PGR and PGI) Other responsibilities may be assigned according to the position and level of responsibility within the organization. In this role, you’ll need … At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar position Basic english ( communication level will be a plus) Experience with Office tools, mainly excel will be a plus Proficient experience with SAP and other types of systems will be a plus Experience in materials and products desirable Teamwork oriented a must
