Senior Product Manager FinCrime (Worldwide / remote)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager FinCrime ( Worldwide / remote ) to join our team and lead one (or a few) of the following project areas :

Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements (build platform-wide compliance features).

Drive efficiency improvement in Risk Operations .

Improve effectiveness of the financial crime prevention platform (build capabilities that drive accurate identification of fincrime while reducing false positives ).

Requirements :

Strong product mindset with a deep understanding of the complete product development lifecycle , including Discovery , Delivery , Continuous Discovery , Hypothesis Validation , and Product Experiments .

Excellent written and verbal communication skills .

Excellent problem-solving abilities – able to identify the right problems and lead the team to find and deliver the best solutions.

Evidence-led approach – able to base decisions on data , identify key metrics and their drivers, and assess the impact of product investments .

Strong execution skills – able to manage complex product lifecycles .

Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment .

Low ego and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority .

Sound knowledge of UX principles , including consumer conversion optimisation .

Experience with process optimization , re-engineering , and automation .

Experience in implementing 3rd party technology products .

Nice to have : Experience with financial crime prevention , regulated products , and implementing regulations .
