  • Building a network of local influencers and celebrities in Poland who can collaborate with our client.
  • Creating guest lists for the brand's local events, attending events, managing influencers, briefing them on content creation and networking.
  • Suggesting appropriate influencers for various brands and events, taking into account the unique characteristics of each brand.
  • Identifying, sourcing and managing creators, suppliers and agencies, including establishing business agreements.
  • Suggesting optimal distribution channels for digital content and identifying new ones.
  • Work with the international team to create and present campaign plans to local teams, content creators and clients.
  • Planning and executing content, monitoring progress.
  • Understanding video production, coordinating shoots and working with production partners.

    • Building and executing influencer marketing strategyWorking in the international environment and with premium brands

    • 2-3 years of experience in PR & influencer marketing in Poland with premium brands.
    • Strong network with local influencers and celebrities in the fashion or beauty industries.
    • Ability to build relationships and negotiation business terms with clients, influencers, creators and production agencies.
    • Creativity, presentation and organizational skills, strategic thinking.
    • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of video production.
