This is a unique chance to take charge of your entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, all while driving innovative multi-channel outreach strategies.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to craft your own path, own your region, and play a critical role in the success of our company. You’ll be working across multiple sectors including sports, betting, and media, and will have the chance to create meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients while delivering tailored data and tech solutions that power their business growth.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include :

  • End-to-End Sales Ownership : From generating and managing leads to prospecting, setting meetings, crafting presentations, and ultimately negotiating and closing deals, you’ll have control over your entire sales process.
  • Multichannel Outreach Campaigns : Execute creative and strategic outreach campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities across a variety of channels.
  • Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, particularly within the sports, betting, and media industries.
  • Tailored Solutions : Work closely with clients to understand their needs and advise them on custom data and tech solutions that support their specific business goals.
  • Creating Impactful Proposals : Develop compelling offers, contracts, and sales materials that are tailored to meet client needs and drive successful outcomes.
  • Represent STATSCORE : Be the face of our company at key industry events and gatherings, ensuring our presence and reputation in the market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success, ensuring long-term satisfaction.

What Are We Looking For?

We’re seeking a proactive, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment and is excited about owning and growing their region.

  • 3+ Years of B2B Sales Experience : Preferably within sports, betting, or media industries, with a proven track record of closing deals and forging valuable partnerships.
  • Strategic Thinker : Ability to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and think analytically to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Self-Starter : Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills : Ability to engage and communicate effectively at all levels, leading to successful negotiations and long-term partnerships.
  • Fluency in English (B2 or higher) : You’ll be working in an international environment, so strong English language skills are essential.
  • Customer-Focused : Availability and flexibility to adapt to customer requirements and expectations, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with different tools, such as : CRM (HubSpot or similar), presentation tools (Power Point, Pitch or other type), database management tools etc.

  • Salary ranges : 2 500 - 4 000 EUR gross / monthly + OTE
  • Recruitment process

    Only 4 short stages ahead of you :

  • Screening - video call with Recruiter (up to 30 min. in English)
  • Interview - video call with VP of Sales (60 min. in English)
  • DISC assesment before final interview (10 minutes)
  • Final interview with CEO - meeting in our office or video call (45 min. in English)
