Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Actively build and manage a client portfolio, developing long-term, partner-based relationships with them.
  • Be a strategic advisor – analyze client needs and advise them on how to leverage the potential of our services best.
  • Drive client success and satisfaction by monitoring key metrics and proactively solving their problems.
  • Ensure the smooth implementation of new services, offering clients the necessary top-level support and training.
  • Focus on retention and minimizing client churn by ensuring their consistently positive experiences.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, and IT Delivery departments to guarantee cohesive and effective client services.
  • Keep CRM records up to date, tracking interactions and sales activities.

Nasze wymagania

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Background in IT sales (software & IT services), with a preference for experience in outsourcing
  • Strong ability to build relationships and identify client needs
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
  • Fluent in English (B2+); Polish is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
