For our client, an international developer of commercial and residential projects, we have an exciting opportunity to join a team of professionals in real estate field and support the business as a Senior Marketing & Communications Manager.
General Role : The Marketing and Communication Manager is responsible for developing marketing and PR plans that communicate brand messages and promote the company’s products and services. This role involves managing the company's reputation and the expectations of key stakeholders. Responsibilities include creating and delivering all marketing materials and public relations using various forms of media and communications, building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, and overseeing sponsorship activities.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategy and Structure
- Develop and implement an annual marketing and communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Review and reorganize current marketing and communication processes, providing recommendations for changes, improvements, and structural optimization.
- Ensure consistency of brand communication across corporate marketing, project-level marketing (office, homes, hospitality), and CSR initiatives.
- Advise the Management Board on best practices for organizing marketing and communication functions within the company.
2. Marketing and PR Execution
Prepare and execute comprehensive marketing plans (online, offline, events, promotional materials) for office, homes, and hospitality projects.Coordinate cooperation with external PR, marketing, and creative agencies.Prepare and manage the marketing and PR budget, monitoring expenditure and effectiveness of campaigns.Create and manage PR content, including press releases, media materials, speeches, expert articles, case studies, etc.Manage media relations, building and maintaining relationships with trade, national, and local media.Act as the company’s spokesperson.3. Corporate and Internal Communication
Manage internal communication, preparing employee materials, updating the intranet, and ensuring internal alignment.Work closely with the global marketing team to implement global guidelines and adapt them to the local market.Collaborate on joint initiatives with relevant partners.4. Social Media and Digital Marketing
Develop and execute the social media strategy for the company and individual projects (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).Oversee the company website, updating content, analyzing traffic, and improving user experience.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns, reporting key KPIs.5. Crisis Communication Management
Develop and implement crisis communication procedures.Respond to crisis situations, coordinate media responses, and advise the Management Board in critical situations.6. Monitoring and Analytics
Continuously monitor the market, industry trends, and marketing and communication innovations.Analyze competitors’ activities, conducting regular benchmarking.Report on the effectiveness of marketing and PR activities to the Management Board.Requirements : 1. Education
A university degree in marketing, communications, PR, or management; postgraduate studies in real estate would be an asset.2. Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, PR, and communications, including at least 3 years in a managerial role; experience in the real estate sector (office, residential, mixed-use) is highly preferred.3. Market Knowledge
Strong understanding of the commercial and residential real estate market.4. Language
Fluent in English (spoken and written).5. Digital Competence
Strong proficiency in marketing tools (social media platforms, CMS systems, Google Analytics, reporting tools); knowledge of graphic design programs (PowerPoint, Adobe, Canva) is a plus.Key Skills :
