Opis pracy

We are looking for a 1 person to PM team in Mokotów, Warsaw (VO projects). PM Team works in a hybrid way and is full-time. Please, pay attention that we consider candidates who are already located in Warsaw and who are ready to work in-house with a hybrid mode.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be at the center of the action. You will keep track and ensure the project will be accomplished on time, in the best way possible. Specifically, you will be responsible for :

coordinating all aspects of projects, including project scheduling;
managing all materials (documents, audio and video files, scripts, reference materials) related to the project (downloading, preparing, sending back);
resource allocation and quality control;
maintaining effective communication and positive relationships with the clients, studio producers, translators, and editors, as well as the internal Roboto team;
creating and maintaining project documentation;
making sure that deadlines are met and the highest quality is maintained.

Position Requirements

proficiency in English and Polish is a MUST;

excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects within tight deadlines and budgets;

practical knowledge in managing multilingual VO projects in collaboration with external suppliers and internal resources;

exceptional communication skills;

demonstrated experience in working with a client; (preferably in the dubbing studio, but it's not a must);

MS Office skills (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy, including knowledge of different file formats, conversion, etc.;

a friendly attitude, open-mindedness, ability to learn fast and adapt to changing project realities;

Nice To Have

CAT tools proficiency;

knowledge of dubbing in movies and animation.
