As a BIM Senior Specialist, you will be a part of the team responsible for creating and implementing structural models – primarily in Revit but also includes modelling, preparation of construction drawings, visual presentations, reporting, meetings, etc. In addition, you will work and cooperate with colleagues and project leaders in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. You will work on a wide range of projects - from feasibility studies of world-renowned mega-projects to detailed design of local infrastructure. You will have also opportunity to act as the technical lead for our BIM team.
Furthermore, on day-to-day basis you will :
- Coordinate and lead a team of BIM designers and specialists, overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting professional development through training sessions and workshops.
- Customize BIM workflows, intelligent components, and templates to optimize drawing and model production for the Civil Structures team, with support from COWI BIM networks.
- Continuously develop and implement automation tools and improvements to enhance efficiency and standardization across tunnel and structural modeling processes.
- Manage the preparation and coordination of structural models, including 3D modeling, construction drawings, visual presentations, reporting, and participation in meetings.
- Collaborate with project leaders across Scandinavian departments and business units to ensure interdisciplinary coordination and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate geometrical interfaces and technical solutions with other engineering disciplines and architects, using software such as Navisworks and Solibri to manage federated models and resolve clashes.
- Lead BIM kick-off meetings, develop BIM execution plans, and regularly review models for quality assurance, error detection, and consistency throughout all project phases.

On top of that, you have :
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Revit and Tekla, with additional experience using Autodesk and Bentley platforms like Civil3D, OpenRoads, and OpenRail.Skilled in programming and automation using Python, Dynamo, and Grasshopper to enhance BIM workflows and processes.Experienced in creating structural models in BIM software and using coordination tools such as Navisworks and Solibri for clash detection and model integration.Proven ability to coordinate and lead BIM engineering teams, ensuring project goals and technical standards are met.The ability to work closely with senior structural designers and team members on construction drawings and custom solutions and be a Collaborative team player.Strong communication skills in English, capable of leading meetings, supporting engineering calculations, managing CAD-related tasks, and willing to travel for short business trips abroad.
