We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Technical Service team and support the coordination of field engineers’ work.
Requirements
Coordinating service interventions, preventive maintenance, and installation / de-installation
Handling spare parts orders : registration, returns, and stock management
Efficient scheduling and optimization of engineers’ workloads
Logging service cases in dedicated CRM systems
Maintaining up-to-date customer and instrument databases
Achieving service goals in line with SLA targets
Supporting operational planning and cross-functional projects
Collaborating closely with team members and other departments
Responsibilities
Fluent / advanced French language skills
Very good command of English (Italian is a plus)
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or similar roles
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Experience with CRM and SAP systems is a strong asset
