Your responsibilities as a Delivery Manager :

  • 20-25% - support for the sales team (preparing offers and quotes, cooperation with clients)
  • 50-60% ongoing coordination of work in projects and planned implementations / teams
  • up to 20% - cooperation with the team and the client (development and ongoing support of the team, development of relations with the client, development of the organization, inspection and adaptation)

You Will :

  • Close cooperation with the team / teams and clients (external and internal) in order to ensure the highest quality of implemented activities
  • Removal of obstacles and limitations that may disrupt the implementation of activities and achievement of the assumed goals
  • Searching for areas for improvement and taking initiatives to implement them
  • Influence on the development strategy of the department and organization
  • Participation in creating the company's organizational culture

    • Knowledge of / experience with :

  • Experience in project implementation and team management
  • Experience in projects for corporate clients
  • Knowledge of Agile approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independence and readiness to take responsibility for goals and initiatives
  • Ability to manage priorities
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • A "can-do" attitude and eagerness to constantly deliver things smarter
  • Improvement and feedback mindset
  • Ability to build long-term relationships
  • Curiosity and openness to development and acquisition of new competencies

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in project implementation and team management (as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager)
  • Excellent verbal skills (English and Polish) and a human-friendly approach
  • General willingness to help customers while they're struggling with technical problems
