Europe – Financing Solutions Manager

Job Purpose :

Individual Contributor Role – No Team Management Responsibilities

Please note : This is not a people management or team leadership position. The successful candidate will be an experienced individual contributor, working independently and collaboratively across functions without direct line management responsibilities.

As part of the Europe Treasury within the Financial Services Team, the Financial Solutions Manager will play a key role in delivering funding solutions that support new business, improve cash flow, and reduce the use of corporate credit facilities. This role focuses on structuring and managing customer and supplier financing through approved funders and under Treasury and Accounting governance.

Key Accountabilities :

• Support Country FD, Sales Organizations and Business Lines : supporting all stakeholders with Risk and Capital management.
• Driving digital Transformation : helping to transform Financial Services to follow company goals.
• Handle Financing Requests : Work on financing requests such as leasing and sales of receivables supporting our Europe Sales Team, especially from the Fsas Business and uScale Team.
• Be Expert : Be the go-to contact and expert for RFMs, Sales, and Funders. Bridge the communication with customers directly if FFS support is needed
• Manage Opportunities, Prepare and Follow Up : Set up Salesforce opportunities, ensure all documentation is complete, and keep control following the sales stages. Follow up with customers and internal teams for any missing information self-driven.
• Monitor and Intervene : Keep an eye on opportunities via Salesforce, Power BI and ASK FFS, and step in if the deal process slows down.
• Procure Documents, transmit Documents : Proactively gather necessary documents for financing from internal stakeholders and funders. Keep Salesforce updated, digitize documentation, and store it, including necessary evidence for IFRS-reporting
• Adhere to Timelines : Stick to reaction times and timelines agreed.
• Prepare Presentations and train : Create presentations, training materials and evaluations from ASK FFS / Teams / SFDC. Get people trained on Fujitsu Financial Services.
• New Agreements with Funder : Focus on originations, refresh and management of leases / financial agreements.
• Support Special Projects : Assist RFM with special requests or projects.

The Financial Solutions Manager has a direct reporting line to the Head of Financial Services, Fsas Europe and Germany.
