Your role in the Team

The Technical SEO team ensures that performs at its best across search engines, with a focus on optimizing our site’s technical infrastructure and ensuring top visibility across global markets. As part of this team, you will work on maintaining and improving the technical SEO health of the website, supporting critical SEO tasks such as URLs and redirects setups in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and managing international SEO implementations like hreflang tags. This role is crucial for ensuring our site’s long-term success and supports key projects like site migrations and continuous SEO optimization.

What you’ll do

• Conduct Technical SEO Audits : Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, CWVs and site speed.
• Manage URLs & Redirects in AEM : Support and implement SEO elements within Adobe Experience Manager, such as URLs creation and setting up redirects to ensure a clean and optimized site structure.
• Optimize International SEO : Monitor and implement improvements to hreflang tags to ensure our global website is correctly indexed and targeted for international audiences.
• Support Website Migrations : Assist in maintaining SEO best practices during website migrations, updating internal linking, handling redirects, and ensuring no loss of SEO value.
• Monitoring & Reporting : Track and report on key technical SEO metrics (site speed, crawl errors, indexing issues) using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Lumar, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with developers, content teams, and product managers to ensure SEO recommendations are implemented and contribute to the overall website’s performance.
