THE WORK :

Contribute across all phases of projects, including Discovery, Envision & Prepare, Construct & Evolve, and Accept & Release.

Leverage your technical expertise to design and implement enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, leading development teams (both onshore and offshore) and driving best practice development approaches.

Provide direction to technical team members, such as developers, test leads, and release managers, concerning solution design and approach, and research non-standard customer issues to offer effective solutions.

Own the project's technical design and solution development, partnering with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery.

Assist in sales activities and planning as required, and contribute to the CRM Talent Community through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and supporting less experienced colleagues.

Flexible : The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED :

Proven experience with and excellent knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse) and best practices for Power Platform development

Strong understanding of solution architecture, governance, and security within the Microsoft ecosystem

Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers

Ability to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions

Fluent in Polish and English, both verbal and written

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE :

Relevant Microsoft certifications

Experience integrating with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure OpenAI, etc.)

Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and ALM for Power Platform

Familiarity with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, or M365 integrations

Strong coding skills in one or more languages (JavaScript, C#, TypeScript)

Background in agile delivery and working in cross-functional teams
