For one of our Clients, a fintech company, we are currently seeking a passionate and bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support our German-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements :
Proficiency in German and English languages.Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.Excellent communication skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.We Offer :
