Location : Warsaw

Your daily tasks :

  • Providing the highest level of customer service (E-mail / Phone);
  • Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
  • Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
  • Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
  • Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?

  • Language : Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B1-B2);
  • Experience : Cool if you have experience in sales;
  • Technology : Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills, technical skills;
  • Personality : Motivated and enthusiastic.

    • Working conditions :

  • Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract for non-studying employees);
  • Basic salary + bonuses;
  • Working hours : 9 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday (8 hours a day);
  • On-site work in our new office in Warsaw
