Description
The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
Your responsibilities :
- Shifts – 5 days per week, 2 weekends per month, 8,5 hours per day (7,5 h work, 30 minutes paid break + 30 minutes unpaid break). Shifts are between 7 : 00-23 : 00
- Training period – 4 weeks training, 8 : 00 – 16 : 30 or 9 : 00 – 17 : 30 Monday-Friday
- Provide assistance via phone and email,
- Deliver technical support, including internet speed tests, troubleshooting, and router installations,
- Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently,
- Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism,
- Promote and sell additional products, such as mobile contracts, after resolving service issues.
