As a Operations Expert You will collaborate with our International team and take responsibility for resolving incidents and requests, ensuring high user satisfaction and service continuity. You will monitor Grafana dashboards, troubleshoot application errors, perform SQL queries, and collaborate with product teams to drive service improvements. Your role will involve strong communication with business, IT, and service provider stakeholders.
Key responsibilities :
- Take responsibility for service requests and incident resolution and distribute incidents to correct instance
- Communicate and collaborate with business, IT and service provider stakeholder to ensure high user satisfaction
- Understand the functional needs and technical constraints of the service consumers / client
- Provide technical and functional expertise in related projects
- Support in service description and technical specification related to the service
- Support the demand for Service related items in the service catalogs
- Monitor and report operational performance, analyze flows and define root cause of issues and incidents and drive resolution
- Work actively to improve team performance and collaboration
- Work with Service Health Monitoring
- Ensure SLA / OLA service fulfillment
- Knowledge transfer to Support teams, including service support and methodology documentations
Examples of day to day tasks :
Monitoring : Grafana dashboardsDatapump or ingestion APIs are working well by looking into the services monitoringTroubleshooting application errors, by checking dev console, and tracking faulty requestsHelp the super users with the issues / questionsPerform SQL queries and Cosmos DB queries for investigationOnboarding of countriesAdding super usersInvestigate for missing vertexes / edges in dbsCollaborate with source application teams, including teams that provides data for MySecuritas (GGP, DCP, TT Support, GRS Support)Collaborate with the product teams and create defects in JIRA in different projectsKnowledge sharingWe're looking for open minded individual, motivated by constant development with pragmatic problem-solving approach.
Requirements :
At least 1-year experience from cloud native environments, preferably AzureMinimum 2 years experience from Support and OperationsBasic experience from cloud based micro services (understand what the services are responsible for)Experience from Support and Operations of End User applications on web, Android and iOsExperience from working with service supportExperience from working with services in rapid development in a DevOps or similar setupBasic knowledge in REST API, GraphQL API, Neo4J and GrafanaBasic experience from Azure resources.Fluent in EnglishExperience from working with large suppliers in a global environment is a plusExperience from Service Delivery and ITSM process management is a plusStrong verbal and written communicationAbility to identify improvementsWhat we offer
