Opis pracyAs a Senior Business Analyst (Financial Services) you will be working for our client, a leading global investment bank providing financial services to millions of customers worldwide. You will join a team dedicated to driving operational excellence through the implementation of innovative technology solutions and process improvements. The role focuses on supporting Operations teams with system changes, onboarding new clients, and aligning business requirements with technology deliverables. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment where transformation and innovation are key priorities. Warsaw based offer with possible to work in hybrid model - 3 days per week at the office. Prepare and analyse proposed system changes to ensure alignment between business requirements and technology deliverables Perform process analysis and design solutions that meet client and operational needs Deliver detailed business requirements and support test planning and execution Collaborate closely with business, product, and technology teams to ensure successful project implementation Facilitate onboarding of new clients into Operations functions Support operational teams with the implementation of new tools and process improvements Conduct root cause analysis to resolve recurring operational issues Take proactive steps to identify and mitigate project risks Challenge existing processes and propose innovative, efficient solutions Ensure all implemented solutions align with the company’s strategic goals Minimum 7 years of experience within Financial Services Strong understanding of Financial Operations processes Minimum 5 years of experience in Transfer Agency, Accounting, Mid-Office Operations or as a Business Analyst Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to analyse complex data and document business requirements Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Demonstrated proactivity and problem-solving mindset Ability to perform effectively under time pressure Very good command of English, both written and spoken Working knowledge of MS Visio, PowerBI or SQL Stable and long-term cooperation with very good conditions Enhance your skills and develop your expertise in the financial industry Work on the most strategic projects available in the market Define your career roadmap and develop yourself in the best and fastest possible way by delivering strategic projects for different clients of ITDS over several years Participate in Social Events, training, and work in an international environment Access to attractive Medical Package Access to Multisport Program Access to Pluralsight Flexible hours sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care remote work opportunities flexible working time fruits integration events corporate gym saving & investment scheme no dress code coffee / tea drinks christmas gifts birthday celebration sharing the costs of a streaming platform subscription access to +100 projects access to Pluralsight
