Dantal Hydraulics Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of Hydraulic cylinders, Hydraulic systems, and Hydraulic manifold assemblies based in Manesar, India. We specialize in high-quality Hydraulic cylinders, systems, and hydraulic manifold assemblies that meet international standards. Producing over 500,000 hydraulic cylinders and 30,000 manifolds annually, we export 30% of our cylinders globally. Apart from India, we have international sales offices in North America, Australia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. We are now expanding our base into European market and are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to develop the European Market, working along with our Business Development Manager- Europe and work with us long-term.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Europe Market
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and finalize orders with customers.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers as needed.
  • Handle payment collection.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Plan, review, and ensure monthly order bookings meet assigned targets.
  • Proficient in preparing various reports for business review and planning.
  • Ability to handle key accounts, schedule entries in ERP as per customer requirements, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Understand various applications related to construction, agriculture, material handling, etc., or have the willingness to learn about such applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Equivalent
  • Experience : Minimum 5 to 7 years in the Hydraulics industry (flexible)
  • Location : Central Europe (flexible)
  • Willingness to travel within Europe for business development
  • A self-starter with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Able to communicate in English, German / Czech both orally and in writing
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and computer literate
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in Hydraulics.
