Customer Service Specialist with Mandarin

The Customer Service Sepcialist will interact with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, providing a high level of customer support on a specific product or service.

Here are some of the things you can look forward to :

• Handle business inquiries and inbound calls related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, and returns.
• Use knowledge management tools to respond to customer queries.
• Process requests and update data in the system.
• Document all interactions in the ticketing system.
• Support the implementation of new IT solutions.
• Propose ideas to improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance skills and capabilities.
• Contribute to cross-departmental projects as needed.
