Senior QA Salesforce Engineer (Remote)

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Collaborate with delivery, functional, and quality engineering teams to establish the testing boundaries for user stories, bug resolutions, and new features.
• Guarantee comprehensive test coverage, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce-specific functionalities, and conduct integration testing between different modules.
• Take the lead in testing activities for large, multi-stage projects that span several sprints, working together with various teams.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks with a focus on increasing scalability and minimizing manual work.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using our current tools, including C# test frameworks, HTTP Client (for backend testing), Selenium WebDriver (for UI testing), and ADS, to foster better collaboration between the SF and TPS teams.
• Automate the testing of Salesforce-specific services and components, integrating these tests into CI / CD pipelines.
• Conduct manual testing as necessary, especially for intricate or newly introduced functionalities.
• Pinpoint weaknesses in the existing QA process and propose enhancements to boost overall testing effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Formulate risk mitigation plans for potential quality problems in Salesforce deployments.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Proven ability to tackle complex issues and work autonomously in a dynamic setting.

Solid experience in Salesforce testing, encompassing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Proficient in utilizing test automation tools such as Selenium and Postman, and their integration into CI / CD pipelines like Azure DevOps and GIT.

Strong abilities in both verbal and written communication, coupled with effective collaboration skills.

Familiarity with specialized Salesforce testing tools, for instance, Provar and TestComplete, is advantageous.
