We focus on the European automotive market with our engineering sites located close to the industry in Munich, Redditch (UK) and a software development office in Gdansk.

Your Profile

  • Experience in HR administration, payroll processing and employee data management.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of labor law, GDPR, and HR compliance regulations.
  • A proactive ownership mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage HR & payroll administration, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely processing of payroll data.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and HR systems.
  • Maintain and improve HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, privacy compliance (GDPR), and process efficiency.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives by managing HR documentation, policies, and onboarding processes.
  • Generate reports and analyze key HR metrics to support business decision-making.
