Credit & Collections Specialist with Spanish / Italian / Turkish / Dutch

Opis pracyhandling more complex customer accounts receivables, direct customer contact chasing payments and overdue debt, managing receivables, reconciling accounts, manage customer accounts including Cash Allocation, perform customer billing and Dunning, deliver efficient, value-added services aligned with customer needs, provide standardized services through a shared services model. at least 2 years of experience in accounting proficiency in English and one of the following languages : Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Dutch a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field experience in financial transaction processing in a shared services environment skills in financial / cost accounting, management accounting, billing, cash collections, invoicing, and more good IT skills, including SAP and MS Office (Excel) ability to process high volumes of repeatable tasks with accuracy, prioritizing effectively to maximize output strong focus on user experience
