We offer a full-time  Financial Controlling Trainee Program  designed for students and recent graduates eager to develop their skills in financial controlling. This program provides hands-on experience with real financial tasks, professional growth opportunities, and valuable industry insights. Trainees will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining mentorship and expanding their professional network while building a strong foundation in controlling.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve :

• Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial and management reports.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities including recommendation of actions
• Evaluate, analyze the company's economic results and come up with proposals on cost reduction strategies and measures that will increase economic efficiency in the division.
• Prepares quarterly statements on the BUDGET plant level and ensures regular monitoring of current performance compared to the budget / forecast.
• Regularly report financial performance indicators to the management team
• Represents plant in front of auditors
