Automation Engineer

Your tasks

We are currently looking for experienced Automation Engineer. The role supports the development of high precision automated assembly processes, the transfer to manufacturing of processes and products, and the technical support of the assembly processes in manufacturing. The aim being to deliver improved capacity scalability and yields. The role works very closely with our design teams and production engineering slice and switch teams. Automation Engineer involves work across 2 manufacturing plants (Nawojowa Góra and Pisary).

Key tasks :

• Development and transfer to manufacturing of automated assembly equipment to provide improved capacity, quality, yields and cost
• Hands-on technical support of automated assembly equipment and processes at manufacturing locations
• Specification of new equipment and development of new processes, including co-working with assembly equipment vendors
• Performing assessment of new equipment and processes
• Project management support for new processes and equipment introduction
