Your career opportunity : We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in IT Service Management. This IT Service Manager role will be part of Service Manager Function and will be responsible for managing multiple Control-M Services that hosts Business Critical Services in HSBC. What you’ll do :

• Take ownership of delivering end-to-end services that are safe, secure, resilient and available to our customers
• Align IT applications and underlying infrastructure with Future State Architecture
• Maintain IT services compliance with control standards by working closely with various internal and external teams
• Oversee and support internal changes reviews to guarantee readiness and adherence to best practices
• Lead incident recovery, ensure timely resolution of problem records, and support root cause analysis and improvement initiatives
• Analyse service performance, drive improvement initiatives, and align reporting with organisational priorities
• Act as Agile Lead, helping prioritize backlog items and increase overall team efficiency
• Engage with customers by actively listening to feedback, analysing usage data, identifying unmet customer needs and improvement opportunities
