SAP BTP Cloud Developer (Remote)

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

As a SAP BTP Cloud Developer, the role involves close collaboration with Solution Architect colleagues working on SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors Platform, and the ServiceNow platform. Together, the team engages with both People and Organisation (HR) and IT stakeholders to shape, design, and develop business requirements into global digital solutions. Work will take place within an agile program structure and in coordination with multiple agile teams to understand business needs and core challenges. The role includes providing technical sparring, guidance, and developing high-quality solutions in collaboration with colleagues and implementation partners.

Main responsibilities include :

• Developing and implementing SAP BTP solutions aligned with Line of Business objectives and strategies
• Performing system troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and optimization to ensure performance and reliability
• Supporting bug fixes and enhancements of existing applications
• Participating in agile teams developing new applications and extensions

Client : pharmaceutical industry

Hourly Rate : up to 185 PLN + VAT

Work arrangement : 100% remote, full-time

The office is located in Warsaw, with the option to work 100% remotely. Travel to Denmark is expected 3–4 times per year (each visit lasting approximately one week).

Candidate Profile :

An experienced and curious developer with a strong focus on delivering applications with excellent user experience is being sought. The ideal candidate has :

Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP CAP Node framework, JavaScript / TypeScript, Fiori Launchpad, and Cloud Foundry

Experience with BTP Workflow Management / SAP Build Process Automation

Familiarity with OData API for SuccessFactors is an advantage

Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to facilitate constructive dialogue with a wide range of stakeholders. The role requires someone who is a fast learner, agile, and adaptable to change. Strong analytical thinking, personal initiative, and problem-solving ability are key. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Experience working in an international organisation within a complex IT environment and agile setup is advantageous.
