Opis pracyPraktische Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem gängigen Abrechnungssystem Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Tools Eigenständige, gewissenhafte und gut strukturierte Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift wünschenswert Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen (inkl. Besonderheiten, wie z. B. Abrechnung von Minijobs, Studenten, Aushilfen, Praktikanten, kurzfristig Beschäftigten) Pflege von Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten Zeiterfassung und Bescheinigungswesen Erstellung von Statistiken und Auswertungen Klärung von lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen Ansprechpartner für den zugeordneten Kunden sowie für diverse Ämter, Krankenkassen oder Sozialversicherungsträger Durchführung des Jahresendprozesses und Beantwortung der daraus resultierenden Fragen Von vielen Orten aus arbeiten wir als Eins, um gemeinsam vom Besseren zum Besten zu gelangen.

Aktuell suchen wir einen Kandidaten / eine Kandidatin fuer die Rolle Payroll Advisor .
Ein Payroll Advisor ist für die Verwaltung und Überwachung des End-to-End-Gehaltsabrechnungsprozesses verantwortlich und stellt die genaue und pünktliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sicher. Von dieser Rolle wird erwartet, dass sie über gute Kenntnisse der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungsvorschriften, der Einhaltung von Steuervorschriften und Gehaltsabrechnungsszenarien verfügt.
