Your responsibilities

• oversees the planning, execution, and completion of R&D projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and objectives are met,
• leads the development of new products or the enhancement of existing ones by fostering innovation and creative problem-solving within the team,
• implements process improvements in the R&D department to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase innovation capacity,
• creates prototypes, runs trials, and optimizes products before serial production,
• works closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and production, to ensure the smooth transition of products from development to market,
• manages resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness,
• leads, mentors, and supports the R&D team, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance,
• oversees the proper documentation of research activities, including patents, product certifications, and technical reports, to protect intellectual property and ensure regulatory compliance.
