Job Description

Responsibilities :

1. Pre-Workshop Preparation

  • Analyze initial customer documentation and requirements
  • Prepare workshop agendas and materials tailored to the customer’s industry and needs
  • Identify key stakeholders and define workshop objectives

2. Workshop Facilitation

  • Lead discovery workshops with customer stakeholders
  • Elicit business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Facilitate discussions to align business needs with ServiceNow capabilities
  • 3. Concept Development

  • Translate workshop findings into a high-level ServiceNow solution concept
  • Define the scope of the implementation (modules, integrations, customizations)
  • Create process maps, user stories, and conceptual architecture diagrams
  • Identify potential risks, dependencies, and constraints
  • 4. Validation and Sign-Off

  • Present the concept to the customer for validation
  • Refine the concept based on feedback
  • Obtain formal sign-off on the proposed solution
  • 5. Implementation Planning

  • Break down the concept into implementation phases or sprints
  • Collaborate with project managers to define timelines and resource needs
  • Support the creation of a detailed implementation roadmap
  • 6. Co-Development and Configuration

  • Work closely with internal developers and architects to build the solution
  • Configure ServiceNow modules according to the agreed concept
  • Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance
  • 7. Quality Assurance

  • Review and test configurations and customizations
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with the customer
  • Ensure documentation is complete and accurate
  • 8. Knowledge Transfer and Support

  • Provide training or knowledge transfer sessions to customer users and admins
  • Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization
  • Gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Technology

  • Must have : ServiceNow OTM, architecture, German
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations
  • Project management methodology : Scrum
  • Skills (must have and nice to have)

  • Must have : ServiceNow OTM, German language
