Job Description
Responsibilities :
1. Pre-Workshop Preparation
- Analyze initial customer documentation and requirements
- Prepare workshop agendas and materials tailored to the customer’s industry and needs
- Identify key stakeholders and define workshop objectives
2. Workshop Facilitation
Lead discovery workshops with customer stakeholdersElicit business processes, pain points, and desired outcomesDocument functional and non-functional requirementsFacilitate discussions to align business needs with ServiceNow capabilities3. Concept Development
Translate workshop findings into a high-level ServiceNow solution conceptDefine the scope of the implementation (modules, integrations, customizations)Create process maps, user stories, and conceptual architecture diagramsIdentify potential risks, dependencies, and constraints4. Validation and Sign-Off
Present the concept to the customer for validationRefine the concept based on feedbackObtain formal sign-off on the proposed solution5. Implementation Planning
Break down the concept into implementation phases or sprintsCollaborate with project managers to define timelines and resource needsSupport the creation of a detailed implementation roadmap6. Co-Development and Configuration
Work closely with internal developers and architects to build the solutionConfigure ServiceNow modules according to the agreed conceptEnsure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance7. Quality Assurance
Review and test configurations and customizationsSupport UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with the customerEnsure documentation is complete and accurate8. Knowledge Transfer and Support
Provide training or knowledge transfer sessions to customer users and adminsSupport go-live activities and post-implementation stabilizationGather feedback for continuous improvement.Technology
Must have : ServiceNow OTM, architecture, German5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementationsProject management methodology : ScrumSkills (must have and nice to have)
