About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with experience in PySpark and Python3. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and optimizing applications. Experience in FLEXCUBE-Wholesale Banking is a plus. Strong English language skills are required.

Responsibilities :

Develop and optimize high-quality applications using PySpark and Python3.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Maintain code quality organization and automation.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement and maintain best practices in software development.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
Ensure compliance with project standards and methodologies.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Possess strong experience in PySpark and Python3.

Have a good understanding of FLEXCUBE-Wholesale Banking is a plus.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.

Show proficiency in English (Read / Write Speak).

Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills.

Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle.

Be able to work in a hybrid model.

Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Have experience with code versioning tools.

Possess strong analytical and debugging skills.

Be detail-oriented and capable of delivering high-quality work.

Have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

Certifications Required

Certified Python Developer Apache Spark Developer Certification
