Java Full Stack Engineer – Hybrid (Kraków)

Location : Kraków (hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days remote)
Rate : 150-200 PLN / h
Contract Type : B2B

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Engineer to join our team and take ownership of a platform designed to streamline control automation and reduce overhead for platform tenants. This service has been developed as a side project, but now requires a dedicated engineer to further develop, maintain, and evolve it. This role combines software engineering with an element of control analysis to optimize processes and ensure efficient automation.

Technical Requirements :

Java 21 – proficiency required

Databases & SQL – experience with PostgreSQL preferred

Front-end development – ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Agile & Scrum methodologies

Linux basics

Additional Requirements :

Understanding of Technology Platforms, including Internal Developer Platforms and Cloud Hosting Platforms

Ability to perform business analysis, particularly in control and process optimization

Experience in enterprise deployment environments is a plus
