PMO Service Delivery Lead

Your responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain PMO processes, standards, and methodologies.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for the PMO.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements of quality, productivity, accuracy, and any other defined metrics
  • Lead and mentor the PMO team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure project compliance and accountability.
  • Monitor and report on project and programme performance, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure alignment of projects with organisational objectives and priorities.
  • Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning for projects and programmes.
  • Support / police travel schedules of field operations
  • Support the Regional field operations in balancing resources to schedule
  • Develop, implement, and monitor occupational health and safety procedures, as well as conduct training and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Organize and assist employees in emergency situations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project and programme stakeholders, managing expectations where required. Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly interactions with employees including status updates, problem resolution, proactive communication and on-going relationships
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders. Collaborate well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to project managers and team members on PMO processes and tools.
  • Promote best practices in project management across the organisation.

  • Our requirements

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programmes.
  • Experience in developing and implementing PMO processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and best practices.
  • Extensive experience in project and programme management, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluency in English, other language is highly desirable (Spanish, Italian, German, French).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools / MS Office 365 Proficiency is a must
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel to project sites
